- The website itself (i.e. design and code) is copyright Pixelfiction © 2009
- The copyrights for ALL stories uploaded remain with the author.
- By uploading your story you are giving Pixelfiction the right to promote your story on the site, and make it available via an API (i.e. to let mobile applications display your story)
- Pixelfiction will protect your stories and will not allow them to be viewed by users without the proper privileges.
